Varanasi is a city in motion this monsoon. The ropeway is the headline project. Designed to link Varanasi Cantt railway station with Godowlia near the Kashi Vishwanath temple, it is set to become one of India's first urban public-transport ropeways. Around the temple itself, the Kashi Vishwanath Dham continues to grow.
