Grievance redressal

If something on HelloBanaras is unlawful, harmful, violates your privacy, or you hold a court or government order, file it here. Every grievance gets a ticket number and we respond within the timelines set by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

Public jhalaks are reviewed before publishing; private adda is never scanned but can be reported.

We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours and resolve general complaints within 7 days. Nudity or impersonation complaints are resolved within 36 hours, court or government orders within 3 hours, and non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes within 2 hours.
