Start Your Day with Malaiyo — Winter Cloud Dessert

From November to February, street vendors across Benia Bagh and Godowlia sell malaiyo — a frothy, saffron-laced milk foam served in clay cups. It is made overnight in the winter chill and sold only until 9 AM. Get there by 7:30 AM because the best vendors sell out fast. The clay cup adds an earthy taste you cannot replicate.
